Match Your Home Control System to Your Home's Decor

You can personalize the appearance of you home automation system to match the decor of your home.  While the programming and functions of your system might be advanced, the first thing you mother-in-law and neighbors are going to see are the faceplates of your touchscreens and the color of your light switches. Mile High Automation has many options for changing the color and finish of your touchscreens, wall plates, light switches, and speakers to nail that first impression.

Do you have a Black backsplash in your theater?  You don't have to settle with miss-matched HAI light switches, Omnitouch 5.7e touch screens, Omnistat thermostats, and Nuvo Keypads; there are many colors and finishes to choose from. So every aspect of your automation system complements every room. And you can make sure the hardware on your front door matches your OnQ intercom unit with many finishes from antique brass to brushed stainless.

Now every aspect of you home automation system will impress the neighbors and even your wife.

Get a Smart Home Just Like Bill Gates

Bill Gates’ home is the most famous smart home in America, with more than $100 million spent on the home automation system, it’s no wonder it has gotten some attention. The home is notorious for pinning each of its occupants with an electronic chip that, as you move through the rooms the lights come on, the music follows you, and the televisions change to the channel you’ve been watching. It is a home where there are portable touchpads that control everything from the TV to the temperature and the lights.

Seems almost futuristic, right?  But it isn’t; it is here and now, and your neighbors have it in their homes. The good news is you don’t need to be as wealthy as Bill Gates to automate your home. The technology is  accessible and ready to be installed.

While pinning each occupant with an electronic chip is creative, it’s not very practical.  We here at Mile High Automation have automated many homes with this capability without the chip. By using motion detectors that are connected to the automation panel, you can walk into a room and the lights will come on, the music will play, and the TV will come to life. From a single HAI 5.7eOmniTouch touch screen you can view your security cameras, close the garage door, and dim the lights.  Do whatever you want to your home and control it all from your cell phone or your laptop using the HAI Snap-Link software.

Home automation will fit seamlessly into your life and make you wonder how you got through your day without it.

Anything is possible- if you can imagine it we can do it to your home.  Bill Gates may have introduced you to the idea of home automation but you can make it your own! Contact us at milehighautomation.com or 800-610-5280 to learn more about home automation and what it can do for you.

HAI's Hi-Fi2 (95A01-1) Comming Soon!

HAI introduces the Hi-Fi 2 (95A01-1). The Hi-Fi 2 is HAI's all new distributed audio system. With double the zones, more than double the power, more sources, and an all new keypad with OLED display, the Hi-Fi 2 is reinvented for today's demanding homeowners.

The powerful yet compact Hi-Fi 2 plays music from devices you already own (or those you wish to purchase), and is so easy to operate that anyone can enjoy it. With Hi-Fi 2, you have the ability to listen to different sources at the same time at different volume levels throughout your home. Or set all zones to the same source and volume.

Audio sources can now be located throughout the house using Remote Input Modules, or locally inputted at the Hi-Fi 2 amplifier. Local input examples include items like HAI's Music Gateway and satellite/Internet radio tuners. Remote input examples include a home theater system, kitchen TV, iPod dock, etc.

Hi-Fi by HAI's components are modular, giving flexibility for expansion as needs change. The base system provides 8 zones and 8 sources; however, it may be expanded to 16 zones and 8 sources.

Hi-Fi by HAI may be a stand-alone installation or may be integrated with an HAI home control system for enhanced features including control from an iPhone or iPad.
